We offer standard shipping for most U.S. domestic orders within 2-5 business days. Please note delivery time can vary based on items and location.

The Poetry Vessel operates through a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.

This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery with a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
